Please note that each Sportball location is owned and operated by local & passionate entrepreneurs. This means that each location may have its own variation on our refund policy and how it handles unique situations. This information is typically outlined in the registration details associated with a particular program. Please contact your local Sportball for specific inquiries.

One final note – some of our locations run programs through a community partner (like a municipality). In this case, it’s the municipality’s refund policy that prevails.
