I’m Matthew Pearce, the Director of Operations, where my lifelong passion for sports and community comes to life. Growing up in Kirkland, I have always been involved in various sports, a journey that began in my school years and continued through my marketing studies at Concordia University. My career is a testament to my commitment to youth sports development, a path that led me to Sportball, an organization that shares my belief in the transformative power of sports for children. Outside of work, I’m a family man always striving to be a positive role model for my family. My goal is to ensure every child experiences the joy of sports in a supportive environment, fostering a lifelong love for physical activity.
